Jon Varsano has been an small business owner since he was teenager growing up in the San Fernando Valley.  That entrepreneurial spirit has remained with him throughout his life while running businesses in a variety of different industries.

 Mr. Varsano has been a licensed Real Estate Broker since 1993 with extensive experience in managing a portfolio of commercial properties. He worked with his father Mordecai and his mother Elaine at the family business Automated Laundry Systems, Inc. during the 1990s. Following the tragic death of his father, Jon became President of Automated Laundry Systems from 1997 to 2000.

The new millennium brought a new challenge in a cutting edge industry. As a managing partner in the internet company, Microla LLC, Mr. Varsano rode the tech wave by offering web hosting & design services, as well as being a web-based remote control camera content provider.

Following the bursting of the tech bubble, Mr. Varsano turned his attention back to the Real Estate Industry. He worked with Grubb & Ellis and Progressive Real Estate honing his skills as a broker and investor.

In addition to his numerous business ventures, Mr. Varsano has also been treasurer of a non-profit organization, the Yucca Corridor Coalition, and is involved in several other charitable activities. He has lived his entire life in Southern California and strives make a positive impact on every community where he lives, works, and invests.

Mr. Varsano graduated from the University of California, Santa Barbara in 1992, with a degree in Business Economics. Among his hobbies are skiing, hiking, cycling, writing, and photography. He currently resides in Culver City, California with his wife Lauren, his son Max, and his daughter Hana.
